cortisol screaming, replaying emails from the day before, anticipating 4:00 pm call, anticipating 4:30 pm meeting, rewinding to 9:00 am meeting, scheduling an unscheduled workout for 7:00 am? maybe 8 am? no not 8 then i can't get to the 9. maybe 10, no there's a call at 10. maybe 1030. yes 1030. maybe 530 pm. no there is a board meeting at 6. i'm taking minutes.

i wish i could sleep like the dogs.

maybe today i could go back to practice.

kitchen, coffee on.

waiting.

it's 445.

maybe i could practice now.

like here? kitchen floor? no mat?

who am i kidding i don't need a mat.

ekam. that feels amazing.

due. whoa the floor is far.

i can't find my elbows, wrists are a stretch.
